Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an IT Project Analyst: I in Columbus, Ohio. This role involves participating in large and complex IT projects, assisting in the creation and review of project deliverables, and maintaining accurate project information. The IT Project Analyst will also be responsible for resolving any issues that may arise, facilitating project meetings, and collaborating with IT and business partners.Responsibilities:

Assist in project development by gathering data and defining project goals and objectives.

Manage project schedules, goals, and ensure smooth communications within the project team.

Analyze and organizes data to identify areas for project improvement.

Facilitate meetings for assigned projects, testing, and/or production support efforts.

Respond to and answer questions generated by IT and Business partners.

Participate in implementation activities as needed.

Requirements

Skills:

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

Strong communication skills, both verbally and written.

Team-oriented with a focus on collaboration.

Ability to manage time effectively and act with urgency when required.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in management tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Microsoft Project.
