CNA for elderly handicapped woman

CNA needed to assist me 4-6 hours per day. I am an 85 y/o active disabled woman with physical limitations, including not being able to drive. I use a walker 24/7. Need assistance with bathing, dressing, meal prep, light housekeeping (have a house cleaner), laundry, veggie gardening, transportation (my vehicle). exercise stand by, etc. MUST BE COVID VACCINATED AND LIKE DOGS. Dog feeding once a week (have a dog walker/feeder daily) Hours worked dependent upon household activities and medical appointments or events outside the home. CNA current licensing.
