IT Field Service Engineer (Miramar)

Ledgent Technology is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer on behalf of our client. This on-site opportunity is based in Miramar, Florida, with up to 25% travel required. In this role, you'll be an essential part of the team, working closely with system engineers and service delivery teams to ensure the seamless deployment and integration of various systems.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement networking solutions, focusing on switching, routing, subnetting, and transport layer protocols.Apply your knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Maintain a high level of organization, efficiency, and dedication in a fast-paced work setting.Qualifications:At least 4 years of experience in supporting diverse hardware, software, and operating systems.Strong expertise in networking technologies and protocols across all OSI layers.Proficient in computer systems, with a deep understanding of components and operating systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Experience in project management, with the capability to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
