Independent and Reliable Airbnb Cleaner Needed
We are seeking an independent and reliable Airbnb cleaner (individual only, no companies) to potentially manage 8 of our Airbnb units in in south old Irving park (Milwaukee Ave and Karlov Ave) and surrounding area.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and stock all units within the 4-hour window (11 AM - 3 PM).
- Purchase and restock cleaning supplies and essentials (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.).
- Submit receipts for all purchases via WhatsApp to the office admin group chat.
- Conduct a thorough inspection after each checkout, reporting any damages with photos to the office admin group chat.
- Communicate any maintenance needs or guest requests (e.g., early check-in, late check-out, extra towels, etc.) to the office admin team.
- Replace air filters for HVAC, batteries for electronic locks, remote controls, fire alarms, etc., as needed.
- Wash and replace towels and bed linens between guests, using the on-site laundry facilities.
- Replace damaged towels and sheets as necessary.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (both spoken and written) for effective communication with the team.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Available between 11 AM - 3 PM any day of the week.
Compensation:
$50 per clean for short-term rentals.
$80 per clean for long-term rentals.
Monthly payment and reimbursement for supply purchases.
Training provided by our experienced cleaners to ensure you are efficient and effective in your work.
Ideal Candidate: This role is perfect for an independent cleaner looking for steady income while working without direct supervision. You’ll have the opportunity to start immediately and grow with our team.
The first stage involves handling 4 listings in south old Irving park (Milwaukee Ave and Karlov Ave) : 3 of which are long-term rentals (30 days minimum stay) and one short-term rental (a couple of days per stay).
If everything goes well, there is potential to take on up to 4 additional short-term listings in the area. which will total in 8 Airbnb units.
