Auto Body Technician and Refinishing Technician (Madison, WI)

Lynch Auto Body has two immediate job openings:

We are looking for an experienced Auto Body Repair and Refinishing Technician to join our family in Madison, WI. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and attention to detail who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.

We are offering above average pay for the two open positions ($70,000 - $130,000) based on experience and certifications.

Position requirements:

- 5 years experience as a refinisher technician knowledgeable with Axalta refinishing products preferred

- 5 years experience as an auto body repair technician preferred

- I-Car certification preferred

- Ability to work as a team player

- Positive attitude and ability to listen and follow directions

- Willingness to show up on time each day for work

- Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions

- Able to multi-task and be detail oriented

- Results driven and focus on quality

- Possesses good decision-making ability and sound judgment

- Commitment to continued learning

- Must have your own tools

- Must have a valid drivers license

- Basic mechanical knowledge

- Ability to work independently or with other employees

- Ability to work in hot or cold temperatures for long periods of time.

Employment: Full-Time

Hours: Work week (with flexibility) Four 10 hour day shifts 7am-6pm Monday- Thursday or 7am-5pm Monday-Thursday and half days on Fridays
