Line Cook - The Tilted Row

Come join our new chef Derrick Reed at The Tilted Row, a neighborhood gem in Bolton Hill. We are launching a new concept and looking for experienced line cooks to join our team.

Line Cook must have:

Minimum 4 years experience in a fast paced kitchen

Knife skills

Grill expertise

Knowledge of proper sanitation

Consistency in recipe execution

We have an open kitchen with guest interaction, so a smile goes a long way. Must have flexible availability including Sunday brunch. Lots of opportunities to learn and advance.
