For more than a century, we’ve invested in our people as a resource who can help clients achieve their unique financial and lifestyle goals.The Regional Delivery Manager, Consumer Banking leads and oversees the sales and service functions for an assigned group of financial banking centers.How you’ll spend your time:

Coaching managers on implementing sales and service initiatives that are developed by the Territory Sales Directors Consumer Banking and the Consumer Services Leadership Team. As well as coaching on the use of our sales philosophy, sales tools and sales behaviors.

Being accountable to meet or exceed the annual objectives, goals and strategies for the assigned group of banking centers.

Reviewing sales and service results and recognizing/rewarding results and behavior that achieve success as well as address results and behaviors that do not lead to the achievement of goals and objectives. This accountability is supported by assisting managers conduct sales meetings, and the development and implementation of sales plans.

Creating a work environment that fosters teamwork, high morale, and retention of workforce; and demonstrating leadership and resourcefulness in all interactions with employees, colleagues and customers.

Oversighting of multiple financial centers, encompassing the full scope of performance management responsibility for a medium to large staff size/organization.

5 years of Consumer Banking experience or equivalent sales and service experience

3 years leadership and sales management experience

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or comparable college and/or business experience

Proven sales and service management abilities

Knowledge of Consumer Banking products, systems, policies/procedures and regulations

Demonstrated skill of people development

Ability to leverage impact and influence effectively among peers

Ability to build relationships and inspire trust across the organization

Ability to present and convey information that influences and calls individuals to action

This position is an office centric position in that 60-80% of the RDM’s time is spent in an office/at a branch.Compensation Range:Minimum: $83,200.00 - Maximum: $214,560.00The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMB’s standard for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors. In addition, this range does not encompass the full earning potential for this role.
