The position requires performing design tasks to support our consulting engineering office. Five years or more experience as a Project Designer is preferred. Some water or wastewater experience preferred. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Computer skills in Word, Excel, and AutoCAD. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Duties and Responsibilities include Assists and prepares in the development of probable construction cost estimates. Perform design work in AutoCAD and/or Civil3D. Reviews construction site to monitor progress and other duties per the contract documents, when requested. Assists in the preparation or modification of reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, permits and designs for project.
