RSAnalysis (RSA), an Integra Testing Services Company, is seeking a motivated and skilled Lead Technician to join our team in Las Vegas. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional who is eager to perform Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) work in the field, with the potential to grow within the organization. As a Lead Technician, you will be responsible for executing TAB projects, ensuring quality and accuracy in the field, and supporting the development of junior technicians.
Role:
In this role, you will perform critical fieldwork, leading by example to ensure that all TAB projects meet the highest standards. You will also have the opportunity to develop your leadership and management skills. This role requires a commitment to excellence and a passion for learning and growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing work on various HVAC systems in accordance with AABC Procedural Standards.
Ensure all systems are tested, adjusted, and balanced accurately, with a focus on delivering high-quality results to clients.
Lead and mentor field technicians, providing guidance and training on best practices and techniques.
Maintain and care for all company equipment, ensuring it is used correctly and efficiently.
Work closely with the project management team to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Assist in the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment to meet AABC and project-specific requirements.
Support the project management team by providing accurate field data and insights.
Educational/Experience Requirements:
Experience in Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) with a strong understanding of HVAC systems.
Desire to grow with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
Proficiency in reading and understanding mechanical, plumbing, and control schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and recommend solutions for HVAC system issues.
Familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems, Excel, and Word.
Knowledge & Skills:
Solid mathematical skills for performing equations related to air and hydronic balancing.
Ability to lead and mentor junior technicians, fostering a collaborative and educational work environment.
Commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of TAB work.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, move, and carry equipment up to 50 pounds.
