Looking For Full Time Automotive Technician
Looking for a full time automotive tech. We have 250+ 5 star reviews combined, we do a lot of oil changes, brakes and tires. Majority maintenance services but sometimes actual repairs. I have been solo but now looking for a helping hand. I am no master mechanic, I am not smarter than anybody, I could use a honest hand to help me out possibly hiring 2 full times this year, looking for 1 just now. I need a good hand so I can go out, build relationships and grow the business. As of right now, we are not busy, as everyone has went back to school, still need the helping hand so I may go out and handle errands in a timely manner.
Pay: Starting at $15/hour
Schedule: 8am-5pm Tuesday - Saturday, Sunday & Monday off.
Duties: Greet customers in and out, stay in communication with team and customer if something comes up. Double check each others work if you want the confirmation, we're all about doing the work right the first time, we don't like cars coming back for the same issue. Opening shop duties, closing shop duties and during the week duties. We are a very clean and organized shop. So keeping an eye out for trash, spills, and keeping the customer areas clean are a must.
Type of work: Oil changes, brake services, transmission fluid services, gaskets, o rings, compressors, axles, tires, tire patching, coolant flush, brake flush, power steering flush, rack and pinions, turbochargers, sensors, intakes, headers, valve covers, thermostats, water pumps, pulleys, suspension, etc. WE DO NOT, engine swap, transmission swap, rebuild motors or rebuild transmissions, diff swaps, any heavy line we do not do. If you know how to do more than this, its a + as I also do own a rental car company of 39 cars and we have been servicing that here.
Requirements: 1 year experience, have your own tool box, whether its busy or slow you get paid, this is not flag hours. The pay is $600/week, opportunity for income growth are always available.
Goals: Looking for a solid & honest team, looking to open 5 more locations in Las Vegas hoping to find the right people to lead that direction and opportunity for income growth will come with it as well.
