I run 2 businesses that include property management and fence installation. I have all tools needed. Property management tasks include home renovations, drywall, spackle, wood work, trim, cabinet installation, flooring, light electrical, lights plumbing, yard work. We're always doing something new which keeps it fresh not monotonous.

In the summer time we do fences full time and light property management. Tasks include fencing installation loading and unloading trucks.
