Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Helper to join our team. As a kitchen helper, you will help the kitchen staff maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in food preparation, cleaning kitchen areas, and ensuring all kitchen operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and washing vegetables.

- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.

- Helped receive and store food supplies, ensuring that inventory was properly rotated.

- Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.

- Assist in setting up and breaking down kitchen stations before and after service.

- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and clean working environment.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen supervisor or chef.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
