Female Personal care assistant

Hello, my name is Amy. I live in Cecil, PA, Washington County. I am seeking a couple of dedicated and compassionate female personal care assistants to assist me with my daily living activities. As a quadriplegic, I require support in several areas to maintain a high quality of life. Your assistance would be needed in the following tasks:

Dressing – my appearance is important, so dressing is more than just putting clothes on.

Showering – assisting with bathing and personal hygiene

Transfers – using a Hoyer lift and making sure that I am sitting properly

Incontinence Care – providing catheter and bowel program care with sensitivity and efficiency

Key Requirements

Experience – previous experience is helpful and I need you to know how I do things.

Communication Skills – listening and following directions are essential to working together

Compassion – a kind and understanding demeanor, open and easy-going

Reliability – be on time, work your scheduled shifts, and plan for holidays and time off.
