Maintenance Shop Administrator ◄
Aaron Enterprises, Inc., a Trenchless Utility Contractor in the Mid-Atlantic Region is accepting applications for a Maintenance Shop Administrator. This position tracks purchasing, accounting and clerical duties in support of the maintenance shop and their operational functions. Our maintenance shop is the driving force behind our ability to meet the goals and needs of our contract schedules.

Requirements:
Assist with accessing required parts and tools to perform work
Proficient computer skills with MS Office software, web based and GPS systems
Must be able to interact well with others and work independently, or in a team setting
Must possess strong work ethic and good problem-solving skills
Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
Outstanding time management and organizational skills
Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
Ability to work Monday through Friday 6:00AM to 4:00PM
Preferred:
Previous purchasing experience within the construction industry
Experience in shop administration and customer service
Basic Job Functions:
Ability to prioritize work, track maintenance, schedule, and report progress to shop foreman
Perform data entry, inventory checks, and purchasing of materials, supplies and services
Create and maintain new/existing vendor relationships as needed
Review/update preventative maintenance logs
Perform additional assignments as directed by the Shop Foreman.
