Responsible Master Plumber

Diagnosing residential and commercial plumbing systems and leading customers to informed and confident decisions.

Job Requirements

Maintain and develop excellent professional relations with our clients, prospective clients, and vendors.

Obtain permits and requirements needed from every city where the project is located.

Attend meetings as needed.

Create a breakdown from specifications, plans, and blueprints

Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing products, materials, equipment, and installation procedures.

Assess the most efficient material, rental equipment, and installation process

Prepare and communicate to clarify project scope during and after the estimating process.

Work with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes.

Prepare bid proposals and change orders.

Track, follow up, and review unsold estimates and contract documents.

Mentor other plumbers as needed

Proficient with Microsoft Word, and Excel.
