Stone Countertop Installation Lead and/or Fabricator

You will

earn between $25 and $40 per hour plus overtime depending on your experience and demonstrated skill.

enjoy a workweek of 4-10 hour days Monday-Thursday, that begins promptly at 6am and has you home nights and 3 day weekends.

Overtime Pay

After 90 days: Paid week vacation start accumulating per year. (4) Paid Sick Days per year

For the position of Lead Installer, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years’ experience installing stone countertops (Please Do Not apply if you don't have this experience), who is dependable, self-motivated, self-driven professional who can lead an installation crew and properly execute the day’s tasks. As a lead you will delegate tasks and make on the spot decisions to efficiently utilize the crew’s time and resources. All tools required for installation will be provided.

We use ramp trailers and Omni Cubed carts and products to make installing safer & easier.

Some overtime required. Truck and tools provided.

Requirements:

2 years’ experience installing stone countertops, walls, fireplaces, flooring, decorative stone, etc.

1 year fabricator experience.

Expert working knowledge in all aspects of custom residential stone countertop, backsplash, fireplace & shower surround fabrication & installation techniques.

Highly skilled in cutting, grinding, honing, polishing, filling and sealing all different types of materials including but not limited to marble, granite, quartzite, quartz & other engineered stones.

Extensive experience with proper tile & countertop demolition techniques while protecting all surrounding cabinetry, flooring and existing finishes.

Knowledge of industry standards for stone installations.

Able to lift 75lb

Basic computer skills.

Detailed oriented and organized person.

Be able to communicate clearly in English.

Able to provide valid work documents.

Properly be able to measure and determine specific cuts that may need to be done on site such as scribed walls, outlets and any possible adjustment needed on the stone.

Some customer service experience.

Current and valid driver’s license with at least 3 years current driving history and a clean driver history for the past 3 years. You must be insurable with our insurance carrier to drive company vehicles.

For the position of Fabricator, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year experience fabricating stone countertops (Please Do Not apply if you don't have this experience), who is dependable, self-motivated, self-driven professional and properly execute the day’s tasks. Occasional overtime required.
