Full time Bookkeeper
JOB SUMMARY STATEMENT
real estate investment company seeking a full-time bookkeeper

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working hand in hand with our Controller and interact with the CFO
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards and inter-company accounts
- Accounts Payable / Receivable
- Real Estate Tax Tracking, payments and reimbursements
- Monitor cash flow, update and maintain schedules
- Use of online banking for ACH payments, wires and internal transfers
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES
- 2+ Years bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks
- Efficient using Excel
- Organized and communicative (both verbal and written)
- Reliable, detail oriented and able to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Work experience in real estate is a plus
