Cook needed
Well established, fast paced diner is looking for a line cook. Must have a positive and professional approach with customers and co-workers, speak and understand english, have proven cooking experience and understanding of methods and procedures. Must be reliable, dependable, punctual and able to work weekends and some holidays. Shifts vary between 5AM and end by 5PM and consist of breakfast and lunch. Responsibilities include: set up and stocking stations, prepping for service, cooking menu items in cooperation with all staff, ensuring food comes out in a timely manner while complying with all Health Department rules, closing and cleaning the kitchen and stations,
properly storing foods and stocking as needed. You must have a current food handlers certificate and be ready to put out awesome food. If interested in joining the team please send resume and salary requirements.
