Apartment Maintenance Technician

-Looking for self-motivated team player to assist with general maintenance at 2 family-owned and operated apartment complexes in central Colorado Springs. Part-time or Full-time possible.

-Job duties include responding to work orders, vacant unit make-ready, snow removal and other projects as they arise.

-Plumbing repair, light electrical, painting, cleaning, drywall patching, boiler maintenance, grounds-work, other misc repair work.

-Candidates should be eager to work and learn, and possess good people skills.
