Description We are searching for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Transportation Service industry based in Lewisville, Texas. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing top-notch service. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support Handle customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Process customer data accurately, ensuring all records are up-to-date and maintained Communicate with customers regarding specific services, such as bus routes Review and verify student information with parents to ensure accuracy Use Spanish Language skills to effectively assist a diverse customer base Utilize Call Center Customer Service skills to manage high volume of customer interactions Perform accurate and efficient Data Entry tasks as required Continuously strive to improve Customer Service delivery, implementing best practices. Requirements Proficiency in Spanish language is required. Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is essential. Must have strong data entry skills. Excellent customer service skills are necessary. Ability to handle high volume of calls while maintaining a professional demeanor. Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment. Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, is required. Must have the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Availability for shift work, including weekends and evenings, may be required. Must have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. High school diploma or equivalent is required, higher education or certifications in related field are a plus. A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service is essential.
