Starting pay: $21.25 - $25.50+ per hour (based on experience and skill set)

Available Positions:

Production Team Members I

(No experience? Will train motivated candidates)

Production Team Members II

(2+ years of machinery, skilled trades, or manufacturing experience)

Preference is given to candidates available to work the night shift.

Day Shift: Monday thru Thursday 5 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Overtime hours may be available on Fridays.

Night Shift:Monday thru Thursday5 p.m. - 3:30 a.m. with a $3/hour shift differential

About the Job:

Join our production team and play a crucial role in the assembly of nacelles. In this position, you will be tasked withassembling fabricated partsat designated floor stations. Utilize your skills in handlingmechanical components and employ a variety ofpneumatic hand tools and power toolsto efficiently construct high-quality nacelle units.

Job Responsibilities:

Efficiently assemble componentsutilizing both hand and power tools

Handle materialsby lifting, positioning, and/or removing them from the work area as needed

Manage materialsusing a bridge crane for loading, stacking, and transportation purposes

Interpret schematicsto accurately assemble machine components

Collaborate with fellow assemblers toconstruct the final product

Test and inspectcomponents to ensure they meet our standards of uniformity and quality

Job Requirements:

Strong mechanical aptitude

Familiarity with standard power and hand tools

Mechanical aptitude

Ability to read and follow written instructions in English
