Executive Assistant 1, Technology (Hybrid - Seattle, WA)
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a Senior Vice President (Chief Security Information Officer) and a Vice President (Privacy Officer) within the Cybersecurity & Privacy Technology organization. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, with the ability to work independently and with a team of other executive assistants and leaders . This role requires impeccable attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, flexibility, and great communication skills. A day in the life
Provide comprehensive support services to the Vice Presidents that are the foundation of a professional, responsive, and effective environment for the organization
Manage complex calendars by p roactively prioritizing, scheduling, preparing for and communicating meetings and events as well as travel arrangements for the Vice Presidents and other s as needed
Partner with other team members to help build company culture by leading engagement/recognition projects , organizing team communications and plan ning events, both internally and offsite
Assist in maintaining department discretionary budget and manage expense reconciliations
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the security of the Vice Presidents' records and files
Perform other related duties and execute projects as assigned

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred , or equivalent working experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and experience with virtual meeting software (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A bility to navigate through ambiguity and influence without authority
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities
Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Experience in managing executive calendars and travel arrangements
