Job Title: Clinical Research Nurse (ONCOLOGY EXP, NEEDED)Job DescriptionAs a Clinical Research Nurse, you will play a crucial role in initiating and activating clinical trial protocols, ensuring adherence to regulatory and institutional standards, and providing high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities include collaborating with the Protocol Activation office, reviewing protocols, providing nursing education, and managing clinical information. You will also be responsible for patient accrual, clinical nursing responsibilities, study responsibilities, and maintaining professional development and compliance.Hard Skills

1+ years as a clinical research nurse/OR 2+ years of oncology nursing experience

Experience with Oncore Study-start up task list

Ability to handle patient charts and medical history review

Experience with IRB, GCP, and institutional policies

Familiarity with National Cancer Institute (NCI) common toxicity criteria

Knowledge of Serious/Unexpected Adverse Event (SAE) reporting

Competence in computerized systems (Sunrise Disease/Clinical Manager, IDX, TDS, Medical Records database)

Soft Skills

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Ability to educate and train peers and other staff

Proactive in identifying and resolving challenges

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Compassionate patient care

Ability to adhere to high ethical standards
