Job Description:
Join our team at Florida’s Best Lawn & Pest as a Landscaping Foreman and become part of a reputable company serving South Florida’s residential and commercial clients. As an independent contractor, you'll enjoy the freedom to work outdoors while delivering top-notch service to our valued customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Performing lawn maintenance care activities.
- Transporting team and equipment via motor vehicle to and from job sites.
- Load your truck with the necessary materials and equipment for the day’s work.
- Performing routine maintenance of equipment.
- Drive and maintain company-provided vehicles.
- Professionally interact with customers, building trust in our products and services.
- Report on specific landscape conditions and treatments made.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
What We Offer:

- Full-time, Monday to Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in lawn maintenance, chemical applications, and using maintenance equipment/tools.
- Knowledge of turf, weeds, and basic plant material.
- Ability to work physical labor outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
- Strong work ethic and dependability.
- MUST have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
