Job Summary:

Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws.

Requirements:

Requires clear communication skills, initiative, good judgment, and a calm demeanor.

Knowledge and experience in basic carpentry.

Broad knowledge of all roof products and installation (single ply, tile, shingle, and TPO).

Must be comfortable with heights and climbing ladders.

Knowledge and experience using handheld and power tools are important.

Must be able to tolerate working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Willingness to learn new skills.

Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and management.

Must be reliable and show up to work on time.

Professional appearance while representing the company.
