Job Title: Office Manager

Location: Red Hook, Brooklyn

We are a growing startup and internet service provider based in Red Hook, Brooklyn, seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to support our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in office management, a strong understanding of the NYC real estate market, and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts related to internet services.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Utilize knowledge of the NYC real estate market to support strategic business activities.

Understand and explain how internet services work, or demonstrate a willingness to learn.

Coordinate scheduling and manage CRM systems effectively.

Assist in the development and maintenance of both printed and digital marketing collateral.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in office management or a related administrative role.

Familiarity with the NYC real estate market, either through direct experience or inherent understanding.

Ability to explain or willingness to learn about internet technology and services.

Proficiency in scheduling software and CRM platforms.

Ability to commute to Red Hook, Brooklyn, daily; proximity to Red Hook is preferred.

Experience in graphic design and producing marketing materials.

Compensation:

Starting salary of $60,000 per year

Includes health insurance benefits
