Conduct initial client interviews and gather relevant case information. Prepare and file complaints, petitions and other legal documents. Handle all case e-filing and CMO calendar management. Strong understanding of personal injury case procedures, including pre-suit and litigation. Minimum two years of experience as a Plaintiff’s Persona Injury Paralegal in NY. $30-$36.
