IT Network Specialist (Pierce County)
We are looking for strong candidates who meet all or most of the below requirements. Full time or part time
Job is work from home currently (but may move back to permanent office location) and will be provided with necessary equipment
Prove reliable transportation
Clean background and must pass checks
Pay rate depending on experience and abilities
Proven experience in desktop/server OS support with Windows and Mac environments.
Strong knowledge of hardware and software especially with popular desktop applications (MS Office, Adobe, Intuit, etc)
Strong knowledge of on-premise servers including Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, etc. and the cloud counterparts such as Entra and 365, Google Workspace, Apple Business Manager
Strong knowledge of mobile devices and integrations along with MDM experience
Proven experience with networking and protocols including but not limited to VPN, VLAN, WAN/LAN and firewall technologies
Customer service skills and communication and able to work well with other team members
Ability to prioritize duties and tasks and take necessary initiatives
Document procedures and processes using web portal and experience working with managed service providers
Understanding network security and privacy
Complete jobs or end user requests in timely manner
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
