We look forward to learning about you.Position Overview:As the Manager - Chief Information Digital Officer (CIDO) Engagement this individual will offer comprehensive support and serve as a trusted advisor, delivering strategic insights and playing a pivotal role in developing and managing key relationships across the IT landscape and the broader organization. Success in this role requires a strong ability to anticipate needs, manage complex projects, and effectively navigate a dynamic and evolving environment.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support:

Prepare and edit Executive level material inclusive of correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Coordinate and manage executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-up on action items.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Assist in managing departmental budgets and tracking expenses.

Strategic Partnership Management:

Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.

Serve as point of contact and liaison for strategic engagements.

Coordinate and facilitate strategic meetings and collaborations with external partners.

Assist in identifying new partnership opportunities and contribute to the development of partnership strategies.

Track and report on the progress of partnership initiatives and projects.

Project Coordination:

Lead and/or support strategic projects that require cross-functional collaboration and alignemnt with CIDO’s objective and vision.

Support the CIDO in executing key projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and successful implementation of IT projects and strategies.

Conduct research and prepare briefing materials to support strategic decision-making.

Organizational Support:

Serve as a liaison between the CIDO and other executives, team members, and external contacts.

Facilitate communication and information flow within the department and across the organization.

Assist in organizing and executing corporate events, seminars, and conferences related to IT and digital strategy.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in executive assistant roles, preferably supporting senior executives in the IT sector.

Experience in strategic planning, business analysis. Or consulting in the IT sector is preferred.

Demonstrated experience in managing and developing strategic partnerships.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.

High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
