Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller in the Aerospace industry, situated in Irving, Texas, United States. The Controller will play a crucial role in managing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. The role also includes overseeing customer accounts and taking necessary actions.Responsibilities: Manage and process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency. Maintain and update customer credit records regularly. Utilize accounting software systems to streamline accounting functions. Execute auditing procedures to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) efficiently. Use CRM tools to manage customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction. Generate reports using Crystal Reports to support financial decision-making processes. Utilize 3M to monitor and manage customer accounts effectively. Oversee budget processes to ensure financial efficiency and accuracy. Use ADP - Financial Services for accurate financial reporting and analysis. Requirements Demonstrable proficiency in 3M Proficient in using Accounting Software Systems Experience with ADP - Financial Services Familiarity with CRM Knowledgeable in Crystal Reports Expertise in Accounting Functions Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) Knowledge and experience in Auditing Proficiency in Budget Processes Industry experience in Aerospace is preferred Certified or trained Controller Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines High attention to detail and accuracy Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field Proven experience in a similar role in the Aerospace industry is a plus Advanced knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations.
