Reliable, local handyman/general maintenance person needed as soon as possible for residential and commercial properties. Knowledge of general maintenance, vacant property turns needed. Extended knowledge of plumbing, electrical, swamp cooler and AC repairs are helpful.

Part-time to Full-time depending on occupancy. Truck and own tools required.
