Job DescriptionOracle Health Interoperability is looking for a PM leader to build next generation services that support the most demanding healthcare interoperability requirements and enable interactions between providers, payers, consumers and other entities in the healthcare ecosystem.As a Sr Manager of Product Management, you will lead a team of PMs that define product strategy, requirements and go-to-market. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities. You will be responsible for working with Service Engineering, Project Management, Consulting and Sales teams towards these objectives. You will lead interactions across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met and influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations is important.Career Level - M3ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in both healthcare applications and cloud platforms and will play a crucial role in defining and driving entire products and major product areas that enable our customers to deliver seamless experience for end consumers.The successful candidate will serve as a strong advocate for our customers and their patients, using proven analytical capabilities and persuasive writing skills to get results in a fast-paced and highly multifaceted startup environment.The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in the development of short, medium, and long-term plans to achieve strategic goals.Career Level – M3Qualifications

BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.

Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.

Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, detailed understanding of product development and product management.

Proven experience in product leadership roles, with a focus on hyper-scale cloud data platforms and healthcare cloud solutions.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate customer needs into innovative product solutions.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and get results.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
