Job Description: Support Engineer IILocation: Hybrid, Venice, Seattle, WA, USDuration: 2 MonthsPay Rate: $29/hr.We are seeking a Support Engineer II who will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence through effective scheduling and coordination. This position involves regular communication with stakeholders, cross-team collaboration, and a blend of strategic and tactical thinking. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, has strong analytical skills, and excels in communication and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, as the role will involve driving scheduling efficiency and overseeing the scheduling for up to 6 crews.Top 3 Must-Have Hard Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytic and quantitative abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage schedules to support program operations.

Drive operational and scheduling goals, ensuring timelines are met.

Review and process schedule change requests from stakeholders or operations teams.

Anticipate and solve problems before they occur, ensuring smooth operations.

Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders.

Experience in using data and metrics to drive decisions and actions.

Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to enhancing customer experience.

Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Basic Qualifications:

3+ years of relevant experience in an administrative or customer-facing role, managing schedules or operations.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Proven track record of delivery results.

Demonstrated experience managing scheduling across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
