Labor needed (Spray foaming, R13&19 insulation)

Looking for general labor to help with a home remodel. Need help with spray foaming in wall cavities/bays, installing insulation (R13&19) in walls and ceilings, removal of screws and nails in existing framing to get walls ready for drywall. All tools and materials will be provided.
