Senior Project Manager

Union City Ca based Company, in need of an exceptional Senior Project Manager. We are a well established company in the waste & recycling industry seeking a Project Manager to reorganize and advance our trash, recycle, and Linen Chutes Department. Organizational skills are critical and productivity is a must. This role requires strong leadership skills, superior attention to detail, and the ability to juggle and delegate multiple high priority requests and projects. A keeper of knowledge and a problem solver will thrive in this position, as well as someone who is eager to improve processes and make this role their very own.

We won't bore you with the responsibilities of this job, but if you are a Construction Project Manager, you will already know what it takes and are ready to hit the ground running! Your voice will be instrumental and invaluable as you work closely with our leadership team to expand this quickly growing department.

5+ years as a Construction Project Manager a must

5+ years in Commercial Construction Projects a must

Ability to work in a busy environment

Power excel user

Familiar with basic accounting principals

Comfortable reading and writing blue prints

Exceptional writing/communication skills

Salary: Competitive

Hours: Mon thru Friday 6:30am - 3pm
