Key Responsibilities:

- Process vehicle titles and ensure accurate documentation for all transactions.

- Provide light office support, including filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks.

- Assist the Virtual BDC (Business Development Center) department with lead follow-up and appointment setting.

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing exceptional service and support.

- Maintain organized records and assist in preparing reports as needed.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment is a big plus.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
