ROOFING REPAIR CREW

Job Overview:

We are seeking for a 2-to-3-man service crew, highly skilled and experienced, to join our team. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in roofing/roofing repairs, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position requires versatile individuals who can handle a variety of tasks, mainly roofing repairs. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in all aspects of the work.

Duties:

- Perform various roofing repairs/tasks

- Heavy lifting is required.

- Work on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

- Crew should have their own vehicle and tool necessary for work.

Skills:

- Must have 5-10 Years of roofing experiences.

- Proven experience in roofing.

- Proficiency in roofing.

- Heavy lifting.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Experience working on construction sites and understanding of safety regulations.

- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Bilingual is a plus but not required
