We are a large private practice with four (4) dentist, and one (1) periodontist and seven (7) hygienists. Our days are fast paced, and you must be able to multitask, be extremely organized and strive to work well with a A+ established business team. Dental Experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Confirm and schedule patient appointments via phone and online software.

Check patients in and out of the practice

Verify Insurance. Post Payments to Accounts

Balance Daily Deposits for Insurance and Credit Cards

Collect payment from departing patients. Book treatment & discuss financial responsibility with patient.

Keep patient records updated

Communicate pertinent patient information to designated departments

Previous experience at a general dentist/perio office/endo or oral surgery office.

Eaglesoft or Dental Software Experience

We follow all guidelines set by the ADA and we provide all staff with proper PPE.
