We are seeking motivated and experienced Flooring Installers to join our team! Whether you’re skilled by the hour or prefer a piece-rate payment structure, we offer opportunities across various types of flooring. Males and females are encouraged to apply, willing to train the right people.

Position: Flooring Installer (Apprenticeship)

Pay: Hourly or Piece Rate (based on experience)

Specializing In:

Hardwood Flooring (Installation and Refinishing)

LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank)

LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile)

Prefinished Flooring

Laminate Flooring

Engineered Wood Flooring

And more

Requirements:

Experience with various types of flooring installation (hardwood, LVP, LVT, prefinished, etc.)

Ability to handle different materials and installation techniques

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Willingness to learn and improve skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
