National financial consulting firm looking for a Client Service Associate to perform as the lead contact for most client communication, making sure accounts are in good standing, clients remain satisfied with our services, and company standards are being met.

The ideal candidate is comfortable managing many accounts via multiple systems, such as juggling both Microsoft Office 365 software and custom internal cloud software systems. Proper, open customer communication is key here, as in addition to our internal software systems, the Client Services Associate will also need to familiarize themselves with the look and feel of our customer's HR and Applicant Tracking systems for guiding implementation best practices.

Being creative, curious, and able to self-motivate will ensure the success of anyone taking on this role.

The general duties of a Client Services Associate may differ frequently from day-to-day, but consist of:

· Building and maintaining strong working relationships with assigned customers through effective communication and collaboration among outside contacts as well as internal departments and peers

· Leading implementation projects for new customers as well as new integrations or setup changes for existing customers

· Managing the consistency of customer account information throughout all our internal systems

· Providing quality assurance testing on any data provided from customers, such as payroll, employment verification, or survey responses

· Researching a customer’s area of business to understand their needs to help find better solutions to issues and consult on our standard best practices

· Recognizing and helping troubleshoot poor customer compliance when expectations or goals are not being met

· Conducting customer business or compliance reviews on both a quarterly and annual basis

Normal hours are 8:00AM – 4:00PM or 9:00AM – 5PM

Our corporate headquarters is in NJ, but this position is also open to remote employees. Ideally would come into office 2-3 times per week.

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or 2 years of similar on-the-job experience

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 programs and Windows Operating Systems
