Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate - Corp Development in Austin, TX, 18104, United States. In this role, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to lead and support strategic initiatives. This includes playing a key role in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and long-term planning. Responsibilities: Lead strategic initiatives including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify and evaluate potential business opportunities Develop financial models and perform valuation analyses to support business case presentations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage due diligence processes and integrate new acquisitions Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to provide actionable insights and recommendations Assist in the development and execution of corporate strategy and long-term planning Use your skills in Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Microsoft Excel, Month End Close, NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP to perform your duties effectively.Requirements Proven experience in Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, and Bank Reconciliations Proficiency in using General Ledger systems for financial operations Ability to prepare Journal Entries accurately and efficiently Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and ability to use it for financial analysis and reporting Experience in performing Month End Close procedures in a timely and accurate manner Familiarity with NetSuite and Oracle financial software for managing business functions Proficiency in SAP for managing financial transactions and reporting Demonstrated ability to work as a Senior Associate in Corporate Development or similar roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
