Lead accounting, performance reporting, and financial operations for both our investment funds and management company.
Ensure monthly reporting and NAV reconciliation, including oversight of outsourced accounting providers.
Collaborate closely with investment, trading, and compliance teams to devise and implement portfolio monitoring and financial optimization strategies.
Manage year-end tax accounting processes effectively.
Oversee compliance efforts, including SEC filings and adherence to ethical standards, ensuring robust quarterly attestations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
CPA certification preferred.
A strong grasp of partnership taxation and finance fundamentals in hedge fund.
Proven ability to manage finance and operations within hedge fund environments.
Expertise in financial reporting, tax accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Quick adaptability to specialized areas like the commodities space.
Exceptional analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
