Paid Media Specialist
Description Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a paid media specialist for one of or clients in Charlotte, NC!Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Paid Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital advertising, data analysis, and performance marketing. The Paid Media Specialist will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute paid media strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other digital channels.
Manage and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs, such as ROI, CPA, and ROAS.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that align with campaign objectives.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Perform A/B testing to refine ad targeting, messaging, and creative elements.
Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize campaign performance and achieve optimal results.
Reporting & Analysis:
Generate and present detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights.
Use data-driven insights to inform future strategies and decision-making processes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in paid media.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and sales, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging across all marketing efforts.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on campaign progress and addressing any concerns or challenges.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, preferably in a digital agency or in-house marketing team.
Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with A/B testing, bid management, and campaign optimization techniques.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and general digital marketing principles.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
