Irrigation Repair Technician (Tartesso Community in Buckeye, AZ)

We are looking for Irrigation Technicians who have integrity, are dependable, courteous, and exude excellence to ensure superior customer service for our property managers, special districts, businesses, and homeowners’ associations.

What You Will Do:

Install, monitor, repair, replace, or troubleshoot manual, semi-automatic, and automatic irrigation systems.

Install, monitor, repair, replace, or troubleshoot clocks, timers and control boxes with seasonally appropriate watering schedules.

Install, monitor, repair, replace, or troubleshoot wire-tracing.

Install, monitor, repair, replace, or troubleshoot backflow systems.

Install, monitor, repair, replace, or troubleshoot drainage system.

Install, monitor, repair, replace, or troubleshoot system checks.

Install, monitor, repair, replace, or troubleshoot main lines.

Monitor, repair, replace, or troubleshoot well pumps.

Accurately bid repairs and track repair costs.

What You Will Need:

HOA, commercial, and industrial irrigation experience.

Experience with clocks, timers, and control boxes.

Experience with well pumps.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license.

Positive attitude and work ethic, dependable and reliable.

Able to work independently.

English and Spanish fluency is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift at least 20 pounds.

Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and kneel for extended periods.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to operate machinery.

Ability to work outdoors in a wide variety of weather conditions.

Ability to work overtime and on-call as needed.

You will be provided with a take-home vehicle, uniform shirts, and all of the tools necessary for your position. On-call and overtime pay are available.

Compensation for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on your experience.
