Sushi Chef $20-$25/hour + $600-$800 tip weekly
Full time/Part time
Chef must have a passion for food and want to take sushi to the next level. Have an eye for detail and be a team player. If you have watched Jiro dreams of Sushi and believe in his philosophies, we want you! You will be responsible for breaking down the fish, prepping for the sushi bar, making sushi rice, inventory, keeping work space clean and organized, and more. If you have the knowledge and have the passion to learn more we want you. This position can lead to a head chef position for the right candidate.
Line Cook $18-$20/hour+ tip weekly
Part time/Full time
Experience in Japanese cooking -ability to multitask -excellent organizational skills -ability to listen and follow direction under pressure -reliable transportation -STRONG WORK ETHIC
Hostess (hourly pay + tip weekly)
Part time/Full time
Looking for a punctual, hard working, and bubbly hostess. Looking for someone with opentable experience and prior experience. Duties will include answering phone, taking reservations, taking take-out orders and packing them, seating guests.
