Experienced Superintendent/Project Manager

Nehemiah General Contractors is a small Luxury Residential Remodeling company focused on custom whole home/kitchen remodels. Anticipating our projects in the next 6-8 months, we are proactively looking to connect with Superintendents/Project Managers planning their next career move. We are seeking to partner with seasoned construction professionals (7-10yrs) with plenty of runway ahead.

Our projects focus on the higher-end neighborhoods in the Denver area, along the I-25 corridor (Castle Pines, DTC, Greenwood Village, Cherry Creek, Washington Park, Observatory Park, etc.).

If you enjoy getting the job done with your colleagues, valuing the use of technology (Buildertrend and Sketchup specifically) and support a can-do drive to being on schedule, on budget and in good standing with clients we would welcome an opportunity to learn more about you.

COMPENSATION

Full-time salaried position, M-F

DOE $80,000 - $110,000
