CORPORATE INTERIOR SOLUTIONS is a well-established, full service Commercial Furniture Installation Company with multiple locations in Northern California and looking to expand our services and locations and with a Mission to continue to lead the Market in providing Excellence Quality and direct solutions to our Clients.

We are currently seeking a self-starter, good communicator, organized and detail orientated to join our Billing team. The position is a full time and intermediate clerical position.

The following represents a general description of the essentials duties and responsibilities, other duties may be required based on experience.

Job Duties Overview: Duties for this position will consist of checking and keeping track of job profiles. Determining what base cost is needed and generate/provide charges accordingly in order to obtain PO's for billing. Projects with proposals will need to be reviewed to make sure scope of work falls within everything that was quoted. You will be the sole person in marking each project for completion to close out. Prepare all job files for the invoicing process.

The qualified candidate should have some experience in the following required skills.

§ Excellent Data Entry Skills, typing at least 35 wpm or more

§ Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge

§ Excellent Phone Clerical Skills

§ Highly organized time management

§ Good verbal, written and web based communication skills

§ Able to work with co-workers and clients respectfully

§ Able to multitask and work in a highly demanding, time critical environment

§ Must be detail oriented, organized and highly accurate in completing various tasks

§ Heavy use of basic / advance mathematical calculation

§ Work well with others and a supportive team worker

§ Support the office Team as needed

Requirements

§ High school diploma or GE

§ Intermediate / Advance math skill

§ Should have 1 - 2 years’ customer service, Billing and clerical experience is a plus.

§ Must have own transportation and maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
