We Need an Office and Field Assistant

employment type: full-time or Part Time

Your responsibilities will be:

Answering and directing phone calls

Communicating & amp; dispatching sub-contractors

Following up on Email and Writing emails

Keeping organized files and Filing Files

Provide support to office manager with billing invoices

Provide office visitors assistance

Appointment Scheduling

Create and update documents Elevations Certificate

You will need to have:

A minimum of 6 months experience doing office administration work

Organizational & task management skills

Proficiency in MS Office & MS Excel

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
