Rental Property Repairman Needed

Hello. We are a small, local real estate management company in need of a general repairman to tend to the every day needs of our tenants and properties that come up. We are looking for someone with basic plumbing experience, basic electrical experience, the ability to install glass, hang doors/change locks, patch/hang sheetrock, and repair flooring. Experience servicing and installing hot water heaters would be a plus, as well as someone who has basic experience repairing furnaces. The work is part time, about 12-15 hours per week. Pay rate is hourly and based on previous experience. If the relationship works out there are opportunities to increase hours and be a part of some of our larger renovation projects.
