We are currently hiring for the following opportunities:

Property Manager II: You will effectively manage, market, and maintain the community at Osage Mill, a 139-unit affordable housing community located in Bessemer City, NC.

Maintenance Supervisor II: You will oversee the maintenance operations, supervise maintenance staff, and perform maintenance functions at Ashley Square, a 176-unit mixed-use community located in Charlotte, NC.

Maintenance Supervisor II: You will oversee the maintenance operations, supervise maintenance staff, and perform maintenance functions at Walnut Ridge, a 180-unit affordable housing community located in Raleigh, NC.

Assistant Property Manager: You will support the Property Manager in managing all aspects of the community at Providence Court, a 400-unit workforce housing community located in Charlotte, NC.
